It is an evident fact that peoples’ charity and services to society are a source of inspiration to others. Only these people can survive and contribute, along with patience, in the mission of changing an era (Yug Nirman). Only such people can be expected to make solid contributions. The people who have joined the Thought Revolution (the Gayatri mission) by being influenced by yagnas and speeches could not stay long. However, those who have stepped forward in the mission after a deep analysis of Gayatri literature are speedily heading towards their targets with deep loyalty and faith. For the mission of the evolution of an era (Yug Nirman Yojna), we do not want to build castles in the air by taking people who are just pumped up with an enthusiastic mentality and simultaneously still immature.
In this mission, expectations will only be from those who have understood the substance and reached the root of the literature. If we build an organization with incompetent people, then how long will it last? Many branches of Gayatri Parivaar have failed due to this basic flaw but we should not repeat this mistake. People who do not place value in thought cannot stay with any organizational work. The people who did not subscribe to Akhand Jyoti and read Gayatri literature, although strong devotees for some time span, later became totally isolated from the mission. The reason behind this idea is that the source of inspiration was broken off. There was no deep level of self involvement that could have remained whilst dealing with materialistic problems.
We frequently observe that person blabbering right in front of us and wonder; Is he attached to our thought process and literature through the Akhand Jyoti or not? If he/she disowns and ignores the literature, then we are convinced that he/she will not remain attached to the mission for long. One who does not love and relate to our thoughts will not be able to contribute for a long period of time. Even if they have a polite tone and mannerism, their verbal love for Guruji alone cannot contribute any great work.
